Built for confidential work, hosted in Canada.
A lawyer's duties of privilege and confidentiality, a public body's duties under access and privacy law, and a business's duty to protect personal information aren't features you bolt on afterward. They shape how WarmLoop is built.
Canadian-hosted
WarmLoop's web service, database, record store, sign-in service and outbound email run in AWS's Canada (Central) region, and the corpus, search and query log run on WarmLoop's own server in Saskatchewan. Some parties work outside those systems, some of them outside Canada. Your AI assistant's vendor sees everything you send and receive. WarmLoop uses Stripe for payments, Google and Microsoft for the sign-ins you choose, Microsoft 365 for its mailboxes, Cloudflare for this website and for the setup files of WarmLoop's guided setup, and Anthropic's Claude and GitHub for its development and support work, which can include your feedback and other content it examines to help you, but not your research queries. The Privacy Policy lists each one and what it receives.
Privilege-aware by design
Confidentiality shapes the architecture: WarmLoop keeps its own systems in Canada, does not use your content to train AI models, and does not read the documents you publish. The text of your research queries is kept in the query log, with your user ID, for 30 days. Query text recorded up to September 28, 2026 can also remain for about 12 months in encrypted backups, and some of it appears in the corpus server's request logs, which are deleted no later than 12 months after they are written. WarmLoop uses the text of your queries to operate and monitor the service and to investigate faults and misuse, never to develop it. WarmLoop's founder also practises law; the founder's law firm is a separate organization and a customer of WarmLoop, and WarmLoop makes no personal information about its users available to it.
Our own hardware for the corpus
The corpus and search run on WarmLoop's own server in Saskatchewan, results are re-ranked by a model AWS hosts in its Canada (Central) region, and published records are served from Canada with no CDN and no presigned download links. The setup files your assistant downloads during WarmLoop's guided setup come through signed links, each of which fetches one file for one hour and is not tied to you, so anyone who holds a link can fetch that one file until it expires.
Check every authority before you rely on it.
Each user has their own sign-in, connects to the assistant you already use, and costs $130 a month, or $100 a month on an annual commitment, with no setup fee. WarmLoop is for law firms, legal professionals, in-house legal departments, businesses and government bodies located in Canada outside Quebec. Write to info@warmloop.com or use the button, and tell us your name, your organization, your province, the AI assistant you use, and one piece of work you would use WarmLoop for.
